Browse the www.asabeauty.com (“ Website”) catalogue to make your purchase. When you have selected at the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on "Order".

When your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the "Checkout" link underneath your order. You will be provided with complete break up of the charges such as MRP of the Product, convenience charge, if any, applicable taxes, delivery charges, postage, handling charges, conveyance charges, as applicable.

You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information. Please see below information on Payment Options available to you.

Once you have successfully made your payment, your order will be processed online immediately. asa beauty will ship your order to you shortly. Please see below for information on Shipping Policy.

The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and is only found on the physical card itself. asa beauty never asks you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3 or 4 digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card in the signature area.

If the product is not in stock, asa beauty all intimate you at the time of placing the order. asa beauty shall not confirm the order if the product is not in stock.

Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled for any reason and there shall be no refund , except if:

a. If the product delivered is defective or spurious, or

b. if the product delivered is not of the characteristics or features as advertised;

c. If there is unreasonable delay in delivery over and above delivery schedule

asa beauty shall not unilaterally cancel any order once placed. However, in the event if it is not possible to deliver the product for which the order is placed, asa beauty shall inform you and take your consent for such cancellation. In the event that asa beauty cancels an order, asa beauty shall notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation is duly processed by us.

1.Only products if are at the time of delivery to you are damaged only then the same will be replaced.

2. Replacement : If the goods are damaged during transit, the User can send photographs of the goods on email id provided below. If asa beauty is satisfied that the damage is caused during transit, asa beauty shall send replacement. Replacement shall be of products which are unused.

3. Damages caused to the goods on account of negligence, improper usage or wrong application on the part of the customer will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

4. No cash refunds are permitted.

5. Please allow one to three weeks from the day of your replacement request to be processed. You will be contacted once your replacement is complete.

6. Damaged product shall be exchanged by the product of same category. Please note that asa beauty does not offer exchanges or refunds on any sale.
